Dillon Capital Strategy’s services are highly customized to the needs of clients. That’s why
DCS offers services ala carte or packaged. Some clients only need expertise in one or a
few areas. While others are looking for a full suite of services, from full partnering
process management, up to full-time interim executive management positions.

Interim Executive Management - Fill needed positions and functions. Examples
of positions filled previously include CEO, Board Member, Advisory Board Member,
CFO, Chief Strategy Officer, and Head of Business Development.

model, so customizations for clients are quick and easy.

Partner Package - Develop presentations designed to position opportunities and
attract partners, whether they be strategic or financial, using our library of proven
Partnering Templates.

Partnering Process - Plan, organize and execute the Partnering Process. We facilitate
the process and connect you with the potential partners identified in the Search and
Screen process. DCS can take this from inception and hand it off at some point in the
process, or stay involved through deal close.

Inside Track - Provide you an Inside Track by leveraging our “warm” relationships with
over 1000 pharma, biotech and investment contacts worldwide to gain focused
exposure for your opportunity.

Accelerated Closing - Assist with term sheet crafting, definitives, and closing. We
work closely with you and your legal counsel to be certain everything moves along
smoothly to a clean and accelerated closing.

Corporate Training - Provide public accessible courses, or private, customized
training covering business development, valuation, deal structuring, negotiation,
and term sheet crafting.
Fee Structures and Expenses
Our fee structures are as flexible as our engagement structures. Fees may be fixed based
on detailed, written engagement plans, hourly as-needed rates, based on a modest
retainer and success fee, or other creative structures fitting the situation. We gladly
accept fee caps based on time (e.g. per month) or total fees incurred. And we only
charge for expenses that are essential to the project and pre-approved by the client - no
mysterious “overhead” fees here.
